*****UPDATE**** So after I wrote this review, the brick reached out and asked for more info via email. After weeks and weeks, we get a call from someone finally! We were told by this woman over and over, " Nothing was broken" when this was not the case, and their delivery people came back to assess the damage that same day! They gentlemen were rather pissed off and told my husband, " If anything is broken, they make us pay for it." We have dealt with Leon's in the past and had only one thing ever go wrong. The problem was dealt with by the end of the day! They were great about the whole thing. I would say be very careful with them as I said before they do not take accountability at their highest levels. We spent thousands there in the last few months, and i wish we didn't! Skip the whole headache and go to Leon's! ****ORIGINAL POST***** We ordered a whole new living room from the brick sarnia. We took advantage of black Friday pricing, and, to this day, we still don't have all our items. When our couches were delivered, our wall mounted light was ruined by the movers, and our paint was scratched. Now, we r reasonable people, and we do understand accidents happen. However, after many attempts, both in store and over the phone, we r being put off with a " someone will call you" line. Spoiler alert " Someone never does!" The brick does not take accountability, and I'd advise caution when buying from here if u can't get else where first!

The best place in Sarnia to buy furniture! Had one small little issue was resolved I will always be a satisfied customer the only problem I had was that the third-party assembler kept making excuses why they couldn't make the appointment.. The manager was awesome gentleman to work with in fact his entire staff are a 5 star group of people These are the products finally assembled in my home The brick did it again there customer service is exemplary the manager was a delight to work with Will be very happy when my new mattress finally finishes expanding ,have to wait 24 hours but then a life time of blissful sleep!!

On January 12th I came to the store and purchased a beautiful sectional. *it had been in a previous home brought back for tiny stiching issue* I was told if I left Google review, there's a chance of receiving $1000 off my purchase so I did. Upon getting home, before unloading it from the truck, while unscrewing the legs I saw 1 had a screw that was completely broken off making it unable to use, and another had a small chunck missing. I called the store Immediately and the lady told me she would contact me so I could provide pictures, and that there would be a replacement within 24 hours. No big deal. Great experience. I emailed that day with photos and received no response, so I called and explained the situation on the 16. I Was told I'd be contacted later on in the day. A different Representative emailed me asking for photos so I sent them and Received no response. I called today, the 19, and explained the situation and that i havent received any response and asked if she could help me. The rep who answered the phone today was so unprofessionally rude for NO reason. She was speaking to me with an awful attitude and treated me with such disrespect that I was left speechless. It's been exactly 1 week since purchasing it. Up until today I had been a happy excited new customer, i was giving them time to respond without being pushy or rude. Now im uncomfortable to even show up for the piece that I need.

I came in today to buy a refrigerator. I knew exactly which one I needed. I was approached by Brad R sales representative, he made the whole process painless and easy. Brad R took the time to explain everything about the product and he had the answers to all my questions. I really enjoyed the process of it and I was out of the store within 30 mins. Thank you Brad R, the "R" does stand for really awesome! :)

Dutton and Hunter were supper helpful with assisting my mother and I with our purchase. They both knew what we were looking for simply based on our description of the items. Overall they were very professional and understanding of our budget.

The Ross sofa was 65% off and I got another 5 % off but it was not 70 % off? It was actually 66.75% off, how Tricky. But the salesman Dutton was good and so was his boss Lisa. And I still got 3 mins thx interest free.
